Real Estate Agent Sued Over Over Secondhand Smoke
A Boston trial will decide if the agent is responsible for Alyssa Burrage, an Asma suffer’s discomfort resulting from smoke that wafted in from a neighboring apartment. Real Estate Associate Joseph DeAngelo denies any liability, claiming the buyer never mentioned her condition.
The source of the smoke, who lives in the apartment below, and the condo association already settled out of court.
